So, I signed up to take Microbiology in the Fall. I graduated already, so I would only take one class.

Right now, I'm working part-time and Microbiology would fit into my schedule, but I'm looking to find a second part-time job to start in the summer to go into the fall, etc. Since I've already taken something similar to Microbiology, I don't necessarily need it, but I want to stay in the studying mode a little so the transition to dental school wouldn't be super hard.

If I get another job that interferes with Microbiology, I will likely drop Microbiology.

I didn't realized that when I requested my transcript, my Fall 2012 Work in Progress classes would show up. However, I haven't even decided if I'm going to keep the class or not. I still haven't paid the registration fees yet.

Will it slow down my AADSAS Processing time if I don't include it into "Coursework" (even though my transcript has it that I'm taking in Fall 2012)?

What should I do? Should I add "Microbiology" to the coursework even though there's a chance I might not even go to class/drop, or do I have to report it regardless?

From the ADEA:

Dental school admissions officers use the information from the College Courses Planned or In Progress section to develop an understanding of your educational plans between the date of application and the start of dental school. They realize that plans change, courses may not be available as planned, etc., and generally use this information only as a guide to your intentions.

From that I think it would be best to include it as in progress on AADSAS, it is beneficial from the POV provided above, and it will match what they get from your transcripts thereby preventing any possible delays such as you're concerned about. It's also clear from the above that should you drop it or whatever, it's no big deal.

Just remember you'll need to do your academic update later on, but by then your application should be well under review with interview invites and the like, so the update will purely be mechnical and likely not affect anything with adcoms.

During the Academic Update period—from mid-November to February 1--you will be invited to update the Courses Planned/In Progress section of your ADEA AADSAS application. You will be granted access for a specified period of time to enter grades, indicate course changes, etc. An Academic Update, incorporating your updated information, will be produced and sent to your designated dental schools. You will receive notification and more detailed instructions about the Academic Update process 30 days prior to its initiation
