Do I have to send empty transcripts from colleges I enrolled in but did not take classes at?

I know that we have to send in transcripts from every college we've attended. My university didn't offer some courses and I planned to take them at CC (so I enrolled to CC) but I realized that I don't need those courses so I didn't enroll in them. If I haven't taken a class at this college, do I really need to send in my empty transcript?

Not sure if you understand what I mean. But your advice is greatly appreciated!

If you never set foot in a classroom you don't need to send a transcript. There's literally no transcript to send.
