Do I need a certificate for my EMT program?

So I finished an EMT program like 3 years ago and listed it on my app (under the activities section). Will I need to provide a certificate? Would schools look at it like a college course that requires a transcript, or will they just trust that I completed it? To clarify, this wasn't taken at a community college or anything, just through a private company. There are no credits for this class and I don't think I received a grade or anything, I just passed

If it's been 3 years and you haven't worked or volunteered as an EMT then the class is pretty meaningless. No they won't need a transcript.
