Do Kaiser or Scripps (or any other healthcare system that has FM residencies) Mainly hire from within?

I am just wondering if these sort of residency programs like to hire FM grads from within their own residency first, and then extend the unfilled spots to grads from different programs.

Or if graduating from a scripps or Kaiser residency doesnt really help in terms of employment with them
