Do medical schools look down upon bachelor of arts than science?

I can't tell if you're asking two questions or one.. because the title question and the question in your post are completely different to me, it seems.

But no, you can choose whatever major your heart desires. As long as you complete the pre-med prerequisites, have a nice MCAT, and do shadowing/volunteering/research/etc, you will be fine.
 
My friends who were premed, majoring in Biology and the like got Bachelor of Arts degrees, whereas I, a business major, got a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Makes no sense, but whatever.

The Arts/Science difference on your degree means absolutely nothing.
