Do online classses count for AADSAS GPA?

Well, of course they should... I know that on my transcript, the online course that I took is not labelled as an online course... just as a typical class... which is what it is, but with a different method of delivery. It is a credit class, and you took it, so it should be accounted for on AADSAS, regardless if you physically went on campus for class or not.
