schools that screen applicants pre-secondary such as UMiami, UCLA, and WakeForest, do they screen applicants based on numbers only? Or do they look at PS, ECs, etc?

first two years: 2.51
second two years: 3.88
cumulative: 3.2
science: 3.85
mcat: 35
well, you have to pay for screwing around at some point, right?
Many of the schools that screen have pretty low requirements, as I've heard, except for the ones where a secondary is almost the same as an interview.
well, in that case, many schools will overlook it. Don't worry too much worry about it.
I'm pretty sure some schools screen a little more carefully than that. UCSD for example gave secondaries to around 1900 applicants out of 5500 who applied. I have a hard time believing all those other people were screened on grades/MCAT only.
You havent seen their applicant pool

What does the Admissions Committee consider in the initial review of my application?
The Admissions Committee looks at everything in your application file:
* GPAs
* MCAT scores
* State of legal residency
* Applicant's personal statement (aka AMCAS "Personal Comments")
* The extent and depth of extracurricular activities
* Work experience
* Honors and awards
* Cultural and socio-economic background
