Do Residency Programs Check Undergrad Grades

I got a bad case of senioritis here. I have already been accepted to medical school and will start in the fall. Just can't seem to find motivation for a lot of my classes and haven't done well on the first round of exams.

My question is, do residency programs look at your undergrad grades when deciding to take you or not? If they do, is it a real big deal or not?
