Hey all! How picky are DO schools with substituting 3 credits of biochem (my school didn't offer a lab) instead of 4 credits for Ochem II?

Hey all! How picky are DO schools with substituting 3 credits of biochem (my school didn't offer a lab) instead of 4 credits for Ochem II?

I would imagine that the majority of schools require 8 credits of Ochem.
edit : and 3 credits of biochem.
