Do Schools Interview During Thanksgiving Week?

Hey All!

Quick question: Do med schools interview anyone during Thanksgiving week? Like during the stretch of Sat November 18 to Sat November 26?

Asking because I'm in an accelerated MPH program this upcoming year and I have that week off. Would love to go to Europe for the week and I can get pretty cheap tickets right now (sub 500 round trip). As a student, I'd love to buy in now and lock in the rate if there's a 99%+ chance that I won't be interviewing that week.

(Obviously, I won't be going if there's an interview that week since med school>vacations on my priority list.)

Most schools will not interview Wednesday through the following Sunday. Monday and Tuesday before the holiday are more of a question. If you are invited for interview you will be offered a few days to choose from so you'd be unlikely to be away for all of them.
