Do schools request supplementary even if my LOE is not complete yet?

My application has been verified and the automated email said it was mailed out.
But my LOE is not complete yet and I just wrote DAT today. lol👍Then do schools still consider it as incomplete and not request supplementary information?
I was thinking if they request it regardless of that, then it would be nice to work on it while I'm still waiting for my scores/letters to arrive.
Anyone knows?

You will be recieving emails from some of your schools to complete their secondary application. LOE come in later. So don't worry about it.

Just work on those secondaries, and get them in ASAP.
