I'm a master's in physiology student who currently has a verified AACOMAS application and Michigan residence (Family ties to Minnesota and Arkansas). At the moment I have applied to:
MSU COM (Interviewed last year, wait-listed past deadline)
Marian University (Accepted me to their master's program last year, but I declined the offer)
LECOM, all campuses
Since I have been burned in the past by applying to schools I didn't realize were very competitive, took few OOS apps, or looked for specific characteristics, I wanted to ask for some advice if anyone has some on where else to apply to increase my chances.
Application Overview:
3.68 GPA (Both overall and science)
508 MCAT
Shadowing experience of both MD and DO physicians
DO LOR
Full-time research from this September to June or August of next year.
