Do Temple and Creighton definitely not take CC credit for prereqs?

I know that's what it says in the ADEA Guide, but I was just curious if anyone has any knowledge as if this is definitely the case. The majority of my sciences are from a four year university, but I took Bio 1 & 2 in high school through a community college for credit, and I took Physics 1 & 2 over a summer at a CC. Would appreciate any and all responses!
