I would like to ask either practicing OBGYN's or residents if there is any conclusive evidence that Magnesium sulfate drip or tributaline shots given to women pre term labor have any significant impact on the fetus?
Can these 2 meds induce any neurological impairments by crossing the placenta and affecting the babies brain?

Mag sulfate is actually neuroprotective.
