Do these nubmers look reasonable or are they outdated?

Hmm I don't get the joke...

They look legit to me

Compared with the 06-07 MSAR that I have, most of the numbers are a little lower than you'd expect. I think all of these numbers should be taken with a grain of salt for sure; It says at Wayne State (MI), the average GPA is 3.75, but I know that the secretary working in the admissions office told me the average matriculated GPA is 3.6. So it's a question of what the GPA on that webpage means; does it mean average applicant GPA, or average accepted GPA, or average matriculated GPA? That is the essential question here.

These are absolutely wrong (at least when compared to the MSAR).
The website says rosalind franklins average is a 9 (27 total on the mcat) and their median now is a 31.
University of Illinois median now is 31 (as opposed to 9.3*3=28 on the website)
and
University of Chicago is a 35 (compared to a 30)

Pay 25 bucks and get an msar.

Being from South Carolina, I can tell you the numbers of our two state schools are two-three years old. The websites say MCAT average of 27 and now they are 29 and the average GPA is around 3.55-3.6 not 3.4 for matriculated students.

I always call the schools directly for their stats. I like to hear it from the horses' mouth.

I like to look a gift horse in the moth.
