I've heard people in other subspecialties mention getting CME credits for passing their boards. I've looked all over the AAO site and I don't see anything about it. Anyone know if we get any credit?

I was told you get 100 credit for passing your boards

The AMA will give 60 hours of Category 1 CME if you passed your boards in 2010 or later (including recertification) and 25 hours if you passed or recertified before 2010. There is a fee for claiming a certificate for the credits, $75.00 IIRC if you are not a member of the AMA, less if you are. The AMA's website has the links for the claim form you can print and send to them with your payment.
