Do you guys think that a week is enough to study for a gen chem final...

So basically, my last few weeks of the semester in gen chem are like this, I have a Chem exam on our final unit on a Tuesday, then a cumulative final covering a FULL YEAR of general chemistry the next Tuesday. Now of course things from our last unit will be fresh in my head, and we just finished acids/bases so that stuff will only require a little bit of reviewing, but I really don't remember a ton from lewis dots, orbitals, the shapes and stuff like tetrahedral the angles and etc, or electronegativity trends, atomic size trends, and stuff like that.I also don't remember much on rate laws or colligative properties, or gas laws and thermodynamics, and etc. So you think a week would be good enough time, if I studied even around 3 hours a day to get a solid grasp? I'm hoping I can get an A on my last unit exam so that way I could get a like a 60% on my cumulative final and still get an A.

If you have been studying properly throughout the semester I don't see why you would have any issue.

It's not this semesters stuff that bothers me but it's last semesters, because I had terrible study habits and don't remember much at all, even though I somehow pulled out an A last semester.

Sounds like you're in a good position to me. If you can get a 60% on the final and still get an A then you should be good. I find that a week of studying before regular exams give me an A. I would say once you review over everything most of it will come back to you. Good luck!
