I never get why people cheat. I had a 3.81 with zero cheating, the hell is wrong with people that they feel they need to cheat to get by? And the cost if you get caught is just ridiculous, I don't get why people risk it. Are they just so bad academically that they can't pull the As without cheating? Can no amount of hard work save their grade? Or are they just lazy, and capable, but don't want to put in the effort?
Maybe you had easy classes and decent professors. Hence why I believe GPAs within a certain range are just incomparable. Unfortunately premeds set up hostile environments in any science class where you have to do whatever you can to get a leg up and the temptations are strong. All in vain though, since cheating on the MCAT is near impossible and would guarantee the end of any dream about becoming a doctor.
