I could not find a translator that would translate the webpage, however I did notice that Treo was listed several times under a word that, loosely translated, meant Product. I used Martindales in MicroMedex to find out what this was. Pfizer markets this product in the Slavic nations of Denmark, Switzerland, and Finland. It is simply a pain medication with ASA and Caffeine. It is similar to our Excederin, Goodys, or BC if you remove the acetaminophen. I am not sure why the caffeine is there. I have always been told this is a adjunct to APAP to improve absorption and increase efficacy. If there is not APAP in the product I feel it would only serve as a energy booster or relief of a caffeine withdrawal headache.

Caffeine is a vasoconstrictor. If you have a throbbing headache, constricting the blood vessels will help alleviate the headache.

Understood, but at such a low oral dose I do not believe it would have adequate vasoconstrictive properties to effectively constrict cerebral blood vessels. A good cup of coffee has significantly more caffeine in it than an excederin and it does not seem to increase systemic BP. However, this could be related to the weak diuretic effect of caffeine. With that said, the only headache caffeine has ever stopped for me is a caffeine withdrawal headach. Never the less, it is a good thought.
