Michael J. Crovetti Jr., DO

Dr. Crovetti was born and raised in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, just across the Delaware River from Philadelphia. He pursued his undergraduate work at Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania. He was quarterback of Albright's football team for four years and his college football injuries sparked the interest in the Orthopedic career he has now chosen. From college, he attended medical school at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. His internship was completed at the same University. He left New Jersey to complete an Orthopedic Residency in Dayton, Ohio. Following residency, Dr. Crovetti completed an additional year of training, called a fellowship, specifically in disorders of the hip, knee and shoulder. He has extensive experience in complex surgeries of these areas. In addition to his daily practice, Dr. Crovetti has been called upon to teach other physicians across the country in treating injuries to the hip and knee. He also speaks nationally on hip reconstructive surgery. Dr. Crovetti is a resident of Henderson, Nevada and oversees the daily operation of the Bone & Joint Institute of Southern Nevada. He enjoys a wide variety of outdoor activities including boating, snowboarding, golf, etc... The remainder of his time is spent relaxing with his wife and chasing after their three small children.
