Does a 240 Step 2 score rule out anesthesiology?

Title. Am currently an MS4 hoping to apply for anesthesiology. My year's Step 1 was pass/fail, which I passed. Quick breakdown of application as follows:

-No red flags or fails/repeats
-Mid tier state school without class rank
-Average shelf scores, school does not have honors/high pass system
-Couple 1st/2nd author pubs, few posters/presentations (4)
-Master's in biology
-3 LORs from anesthesia at home program, 1 from longitudinal research mentor

Asking as there has been a lot of discussion on the recent increase in competitiveness of the field, as well as focus on Step 2 without a Step 1 score. Appreciate any insight.

A quick look at the charting outcome would answer this question which is a resounding “NO”.

Also look at some uni affiliates. Some are quite good.
