isn't above a 44 percentile a 125? Is there some reason it is more likely a 124?

I'm just going off of the data we have from april & may testers. ImageUploadedBySDN Mobile1436193892.460999.jpg. If you look at the CARS column, many ranges go above 58% (which corresponds to 125), yet they don't necessarily correspond to >125.

Just because 44th percentile corresponds to 124 doesn't mean every percentile above 44 must correspond to 125. Even a percentile of 58% could correspond to a 124.
