Does anyone know what AAMC test are most representative of the real MCAT.

Get the Official Guide to the AAMCs book. It's not a full length exam, but they are representative passages and questions (freaking hard)

Anyone know where I can get more practice FLs from?

I have the TPR ones in the "CBT Student Centre" thing....and the AAMC ones they offer in there as well.

Is there anything else??...I heard Kaplan ones are too easy and not real representatives....true?

I am looking for CBT tests only

#6 was my highest AAMC score, and what I got on the real thing. BUT, i didn't take all of them. and my subscores were really different on the real thing. i think that the truth is, people take the AAMCs in order, so it just happens that the scores they get on the later ones are closer to their score on the real thing because they are getting more practice. i took them out of order and took 6 last, so there ya go. i'd skip around and take them out of order, im not sure why but i feel like it helped me

Dr. Spacemen and Tracy Jordan are the best combo.

How accurate are TPR diags? Yesterday I took AAMC#4 and got a 34 and then today I took TPR#4 and got a 27. I got 11 in verbal for AAMC but 7 in verbal for TPR.

AAMC tests are probably more representative of the real thing (at least that's popular opinion on here. I'll be able to verify in a couple of weeks :scared:).

TPR diags are pretty tough.

Not bad idea to practice with my difficult material to get the "WTF!?" factor out of the way on test day if you get a bizarre passage here or there, but so far from the non-official data and polling people have done on the boards, your AAMC avg tends to be the strongest correlation to your real score compared to other prep companies' exams. So TPR for difficult practice, sure, but think of AAMC as a more accurate gauge of your abilities since these were actual MCATs, albeit retired.

I am findings these tests a lot easier than Kaplan... I am getting about 2 wrong but my score is lower than at Kaplan.. If AAMC tests were in any way representative of the actual exam, then everyone would do .....better???

In my opinion, none of them are "most" representative of the real MCAT. Both times I took the real test, it was harder than every AAMC practice exam. I'd say Verbal was right about on par though.

My general impression is that real MCAT Verbal is about equal to practice AAMC verbal. Practice AAMC verbal is the closest you can get to actual MCAT verbal. PS and BS are def. harder on the real thing.

TPR SUCKS!

and by sucks i mean makes me feel so bad =(

On AAMC 4 i got a 40 and on TPR 4 it dropped to a freaking 33!

the other AAMC's ive been scoring around the high 30's to low 40's, actually im deproving down to a 38 but regardless it's very decent scores. except on the TPR's i can barely stay above a 30 sometimes. I've heard that TPR diags are full of ****, and that the AAMC's are way more representative of your real score ALTHOUGH it might be easier than the real mcats. Most of my friend's taking the TPR class with me have been scoring horribly on the TPR (20-25), and doing very well on the AAMC ones (30+) So don't fret, you're in the same boat!

TPR verbal is especially bad, just use EK 101! Watch out for tests 12-14 though, i think the testmakers got a big lazy there cuz some of the answers are just like WTF?

for the TPR tests i suggest you skip the verbal section altogether (unless you have loads of free time), as they are at best extra practice material.
