Hey all,
Ok so when do schools REALLY start looking at or apps....i know some people have been lucky enough to have their's sent out by AADSAS but when is the actual time that dental schools start looking at the applicants material? In other words, you just submitted your AADSAS or whatever and processed it, and its been recieved, is it now just sitting around collecting dust until a few weeks from now or what?
Just wondering if anyone knew.
Thanks!

From what I've heard, most schools (excluding Texas schools, which seem to do things a bit earlier) START seriously looking at apps in late July - early August. I think August is when schools really start going through those piles because interview invites start going out in September. I've heard that as long as your complete application gets there by early August, it's still considered early.
