Does get a B on Anatomy ruin my chance?

I've finished all the prereq except for Anatomy and Physiology. I'm taking Anatomy in current summer class and it goes too fast, so probably I might get a B finally. Does it look bad? If so, I would like to take a combined course of anatomy and physiology in the coming fall semester?

My overall GPA so far is 3.4, and the prereq GPA would be 3.6 if I got B on Anatomy. I took GRE in June, which was 700+760+4. Do I have chance to get into schools like USC and NYU?
