Does a 22 DAT, and tons of extra curriculars and leadership + 300+ hours shadowing and 150+ shadowing compensate for a 3.29 oGPA and a 3.05 sGPA, but a 3.3 BCP? Applying first week as well

I would try to take some more courses to bring up your GPA.
