Does it "look bad" to take pre-reqs closer to your junior year?

Title. Do med schools look unfavorably on you if you take a pre-req, say an intro bio course, closer to your junior year? I have already taken the animal + cell bio portion of gen bio, but there is an additional course that I have not yet taken and don't have time to take until junior year. Thanks. (P.S. that's my only "pre-req" left.)

Med schools don't care when you take the pre-reqs, just that you complete them by the time you matriculate.
