It's not a good model. It seems to encourage excessive prose.

Most of the people I know who use it aren't premed. It seems like it's mostly a tool for networking and job opportunities. Maybe it could help you find a job, but it doesn't seem useful for structuring a CV. I would just look up CV samples/guidelines on Google if that's what you wanted to use it for.
