I was look through its website and I didn't really see any information about one. I just wanted a confirmation from PCOM students or anyone else who knows. Thank you!

Yes it does, or at least it did last year when I took a tour and got to see it.

is it only for second years?

Once a month, open to first and second years. You see a pt with a senior medical student then precept with an attending, then are in charge of following up with the pt to help them schedule appointments, check in with them, etc.
