They do edit it and verify it against your transcripts so I would think so. However, a single typo is of trivial importance, and I doubt the admissions committee that will review your application is going to stop their meeting of reviewing hundreds of applications just to chuckle at your inconvenience. Don't sweat it, honestly I find the interview process much more important. The application gets you the interview, but the interview gets you admitted (as well as the application, but if they don't like you, they won't take you).
Edit: Also, as long as it is submitted by the deadline, you're just fine. I believe you have already submitted it, and having to edit the process doesn't mean that your PharmCAS hasn't been submitted. Same with letters of recommendation--your professors or whoever just gets those in when they can and PharmCAS enters them as they come.
