Step I Does the UWorld subject division reflect the real exam's subject division?

Uworld doesn't have equal amounts of questions for each subject. For ex. Pathology and Pathophysiology are 35% of the total qbank. Does this accurately reflect the percent division on the actual exam? For ex on the real step 1 does Pathology and Pathophysiology only compromise 35% of the questions?
