hey i know some state schools interivew all instate applicants.. does u of wisoncsin do this?
The UW interviews all state residents with a 2.9 GPA and 7,7,8 MCAT scores. This has been their policy for a while as they are a state school.
However, to get accepted is a whole nother ballgame. I can find the acceptance stats (they handed them out at my interview) if you would like them. Just Reply or PM me.
Also, did you know that you are always considered to be a Wisconsin resident if you went to high school there? I am a New York State resident, but just had to talk to the dean to have my application placed in the in-state pile, which is really good because (a) it's really hard to get in there if you are not a resident, and (b) I can still claim NYS residency for the state schools here.
