Hello everyone,

I don't have a very good feel for how competitive my application for residency in peds is. Any ideas of where I could look to see how I compare to others applying to the field? What kind of weight is put on test scores verses clinical evaluations/letters when applying to peds residencies? Any advice on how I could strengthen my application? Any feedback will very much appreciated!
