DO's in CA Question

Just to clarify, to practice in CA you must take COMLEX step 3 even if you match allo because of the separate osteo and allo boards? Just wondering if anyone's program
made them take USMLE Step 3 while having only completed USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 CK (no CS)? Thx
