I think you'll probably find that the most valuable computer-based resources will be web-based, and they require some digging to find. There are a lot of really good computer programs out there, I gather, but they're VERY expensive and will probably be restricted to the computer lab at your library.
For my part, my grade/study ratio went up a lot when I started using websites for ana/hist. You might also find the online Merck manual handy--it's less basic than clinical science, but great for those PBL sessions.
