When I first started school I was make mostly straight As. But these last 3 semesters have been a tough pill to swallow. Last spring I got a C in a science class. Fall semester I got another C in a science class. Now this semester looks like I'm going to get a B in both science classes and a B in lab. I'm in mini depression right now and feel like the world is coming down. As of now my cumulative GPA is about 3.7 and assuming this semester ends the way I think it will my BCPM will be exactly 3.5. I have one more year of classes to take. I'm so upset at the last couple semesters I just don't even know what to do.

1- Identify the cause of that trend.
2- Fix it.
3- Take easier BCPM courses.
4- Relax! If your MCAT is fine, You'll probably be alright. Going into Frustrated/depressed mode will only make matters worse.

Oh, and By all means, avoid Senioritis.

If this mini depression is just about your 3.7 (which can just keep going up if you're not a senior), chillax. Applying when you have a year of steady grades will probably look best, but 3.7 is 50% for matriculants.

If by mini depression you meant little bit of depression causing grade issues, this should be your #1 concern. Depression doesn't fix itself and your mental health can and will affect future grades/medical school/happiness.

science gpa of a 3.5 isn't terrible. I think the average is a 3.68 for the science GPA. But I think you will be fine.

Update everyone. I got an A in both science classes and the lab!! I was borderline in all 3. The odds of that were slim. I feel much better now.
