Medical Downward Trend?

I know there’s so many posts out there about how a downward trend is lethal, but I guess I don’t know what quantifies as a downward trend? I’m from a T10 undergrad, ORM for context and was just wondering if this is significant enough to hurt my chances? Any insight is appreciated!
cGPA: freshman (3.83), sophomore (3.94), junior (3.82) , senior 3.80) = 3.83 TOTAL
sGPA: freshman (3.77), sophomore (3.94), junior (3.69), senior (3.69) = 3.77 TOTAL

That's NOT a downward trend. Going from a 3.8 to a 3.1 would be.
