Hello,
I have contacted someone about buying their 2013 Dr. Collins packet. I was wondering if Pay Pal would actually protect me as a buyer if something went wrong, like if I got scammed. Mainly because I read through the Pay Pal user agreement and there is a specific line in the purchase protection that Pay Pal does not protect against:
Items that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction.
So since re-selling Dr. Collins through this website is a copyright violation, if something went bad with the transaction would I not win a dispute through Pay Pal and be unable to be reimbursed?
I am just trying to protect myself but I really don't want to dish out the $360 if there are means of getting it otherwise... I am just starting to question if peace of mind is worth a little extra money.
Thanks!
