got the application but the save function isnt working, nor is the submitting function, im using acrobat now to see if their button action on their pdf is misstyped. I know they made the amcas ID form field read only so that i couldnt even type it in, fixed it now, and now seeing what to do about the submitting part. gosh this is a rather annoying buggy pdf

I have a mac and couldn't get the "submit online" pdf to work for me, so I filled out the downloadable PDF to mail in this morning. I was actually impressed with that version of the PDF. The font sizes were consistant and I was able to type throughout the whole thing, unlike the GWU and EVMS PDFS which were much more problematic

I think their site is down. I was able to get their online application initially.. I walked away... filled it out about half an hour later and was unable to submit. Now, I can't even access the damn thing.

Though, the secondary is probably cheaper in the long-run. 😉

Ahh got mine all completed, forgot that there was a size limit on the upload picture so thats why it wasnt processing. Yea i was also blessed with being lucky, i submitted albany today and drexel as well, and submitted two secondaries yesterday. Good luck with getting everything to work guys!

So this is my experience with uploading the secondary. I had alot of trouble using firefox and even IE so i went to another computer. I believe you HAVE to have that pdf open within the browser for it to work. Im not sure if there is an option in adobe which specifies whether or not to open the pdf within an external handler or within the browser itself, but when this document is opened within the browser, there are no problems submitting it/saving it. I was originally forced to download it (maybe its a firefox thing) and couldnt save it at all. Then i went to an older computer, and used adobe 6.0 there to do it and it opneed in the IE 6.0 window. There i could save/finalize and submit everything. Make sure your picture dimenstions are also within the same dimensions as they specify within their application otherwise you'll get an error page.

I can commiserate! I have Z for a last name, so I've been the last to get all secondaries, which really sucks for me (the most impatient person in the world!)

Z here too! I can sympathize... I used to be right in the middle of the alphabet... Then my husband had to ruin everything since I took his last name... Grr... 😡 Hopefully the Z's will be getting Drexel soon! 🙂

Ok! I got Drexel to work. You need to use Internet Explorer (not Mozilla). It wouldn't work on my computer, but when I used my mom's computer (which is a couple years older) it worked fine. You can't submit unless your internet settings are set to open the PDF file in the same window you started in (I have no idea how to change that). But the server is working as long as the PDF file opens in the same internet window you started in.

Is anyone else having the problem where even though you filled out who your individual letters are going to be that everytime you hit submit it says that this field needs to be filled out even though its filled out?
