I just got it and filled it out! I think they are sending it out randomly. My last name begins with A and was verfied 7-12.
 
It just arrived! It does not work on my computer though so I am going to have to go to school and do it tomorrow. If only it had come a couple of hours ago when I was in school today. :laugh:

It doesn't work on my computer either, and I've tried three different browsers. Damn Drexel.
 
I tried to pay online, but I cant find where to enter the name of my credit card? which credit card did you guys use successfully, .....maybe i'm just blind?

I did mine at work, with Adobe 7.0 on IE. Most people are having trouble at home, try either work or school.

I dont think it asks, I used visa.

I tried it at work on 3 different computers and it doesn't work for me. hopefully tomorrow when I call them they'll have the answer to my question - at least this is my last application!

You work might have some internal firewalls set-up that are blocking the submission. Try one more time at home. Did you try different browsers?

yeah i tried different browers in different labs but unfortunately no go. I'll give it a go though tonight at home. Hopefully it'll work!
 
To those with problems: are you on PC's. I just figured that even though I am using explorer the fact that I'm on a MAC might be screwing it up.

I'm going to try school's PC's tomorrow. If that fails, I'll just print it and snail mail it in.

How'd you fix it?
 
For everyone that hasn't received or submitted the Drexel secondary yet, I just submitted mine online (used a PC and Internet Explorer, and everything seemed to work fine). If you submit online, you have to type your name into a signature line, and it also has a place for date, but there is no text field to type into there. I didn't want to leave it with no date, so I just typed it into the signature line so it would be in there (hopefully that makes sense). Buuuut after submitting it, I went online to print a copy of the submitted application, and it had filled the date in itself (that's why you can't type there, I guess... it wants to do it for you!!). So mine has two dates (the one I typed in the signature line and the one it filled in in the date line)... not a big deal, but I thought it might help someone else who was trying to type into the date part and wondering why you can't (I'm probably the only one, though!!)... just type your name like it says and let it decide the date for itself. :luck:
 
I had no problems with the application-- I did the seconday and the fee on my home computer (PC) using internet explorer, and I uploaded my picture from my work computer (a Mac from the early 90's-- seriously) using internet explorer as well.

I don't know if I believe this alphebet thing. i am in the middle of the alphabet and was one of the first to get it.

I'm sorry if you guys will feel more frustrated in hearing this, but I didn't have any problem filling it out or submitting it yesterday. I used Master Card to pay. I'm not sure that they did it alphabetically because my last name starts with S, but I was verified towards the beginning of June. Good luck everyone.
 
did those of you who have submitted succesfully get a complete email yet? i got 2 confirmations regarding my credit card payment, but i'm not sure if they are also sending out complete emails??? thanks!
 
I called Drexel, they accept ALL CREDIT CARDS

they said you dont have to choose it from a list because they know which credit card it is just by entering the credit card number

so use whatever credit card u want
 
So I saved my form yesterday, and now it's all gone?!?!?! 😕 😡 And the AMCAS ID field isn't fillable anymore. Yesterday it wasn't when I initially opened it, and then it was. Now it isn't anymore. This sucks.

When i got mine, all of the top part (including AAMC ID) was filled in for me already.... maybe you should call and ask them about it....

They said to mail in a hard copy. To put it lightly, I am not pleased.

i could not submit the secondary online as well because i "couldnt connect to server", i just sent it in via snail mail

i trust their shady website
 
Glad to hear I was not the only one having trouble submitting online...oh well I guess I too will choose the paper route...

I'm an NJ resident on my AMCAS, but currently living/working in PA.... I don't know if that helps you..... but I got my secondary on Monday or Tuesday this week.....
 
i've had the drexel app for a few days and have not been able to submit online. tried home computer, work computer, and now laptop. sweet.
