Hi, so I narrowed my accepances and thought I knew where I would be going, but recently I got couple of scholarships and now I'm lost again... Goal right now is to match EM into a big name program in an east-coast city (not sure which)

Drexel:
+Like the notion of being in a major city
+Like the pre-clinical curriculum
+Solid step 1 scores
+Strong match into different program on the east coast
+Hour and a half away from family
-even with a scholarship, it's expensive
-was not crazy about rotation sites

Penn State:
+Cheap COL and tuition (small scholarship with cheaper tuition)
+Global health and research opportunities
-did not like curriculum (essay test ugh)
-middle of nowhere (I think I'm a city person)
-farthest from family (but not too bad)
-did not vibe all that well with students

NYMC:
+Scholarship makes it about 10k cheaper than Drexel
+Match decently into nearby cities esp NYC (however I am not sure if I'm completely sold on NYC, having grown up there I might want to Branch out a little)
+30 minutes from family
-cirrciculum seemed a little daunting
-not a true P/F
-valhalla is meh
-vibed ok with students, but maybe not as quite as well as at drexel

Drexel seemed to have the least cons for you. For me, it seems like it's between NYMC and Drexel for you Both can get you where you want to go so it seems like it's down to personal preference for you which seems to be Drexel.
