I have a "Mild" driving record😎, speeding and no license once. No DUI's or any of that crazy stuff. Would this type of information be reported and if so would it pose a threat to gaining admission to Medical School?

too lose a license, there has to be more than mild speeding lol. Got a wreckless in there? Or perhaps you were 16 and live in a strict state.

Or he was caught speeding multiple times...or he has a bunch of unpaid moving violations.
