What’s up y’all. Just like the title reads.
Step 1. 209
Step 2. 229
COMLEX 530ish
COMLEX 2 490ish
COMLEX PE pass first try.
Honored both IM rotations.
0 publications.
5-6 volunteering centered around underserved.

Applying to 100 programs for IM throughout west coast and southwest.

Got 10 FM programs as backup with fm PS and FM LOR.

Should I add more programs?
Anybody in the same predicament?

Would love to hear your thoughts and advice.
Appreciate y’all and hope y’all have a baller Friday.

You’ll be fine. The usmle is fine. No one will care about the comlex score since you went up on USMLE. 100 is way more than enough. You should be able to match. Make sure to target low tier academic and community programs. The 209 is more than enough to match low tier academic as a USMD but as a DO that could be your soft spot in the application, not the COMLEX because they won’t care about the comlex. Since you increased the usmle 229 i think low tier academic is a decent goal

Solid work son, looks like the primary care train may have just added a stop in IM fellowship city.
