Drugs drugs drugs

I was wondering which drugs you guys are really focusing on for Step 2. If I recall correctly from my NBME shelf exams, pharm was really not tested very much, but I know all bets are off for step 2. I'm trying to compile a list of high-yeild drugs to study. What do you guys think? Add to my list if ya wanna.

1.) Antibiotics-- spectrum, side effects, etc.
2.) Anticoags
3.) Antiarrhythmics
4.) DM drugs
5.) Diuretics

That's all I'm thinking about right now because I hate pharm and I don't want to make myself cry.

all of the psych drugs are pretty high yield (SSRI's, Antipsychotics, MAOI's)

Oh yeah.

I would guess that not just diuretics but all the anti-hypertensives in general and which are first line for what type of pt.
