Drugs that only have one real use that we need to be concerned about for boards...
I.e., drugs that we don't see much and hence probably look foreign but are gimmies if we see them on a test because they can only have a specific indication.

Copy and paste your additions. Write the drug, the disease, and what it does.

Imatinib: chronic myleogenous leukemia. tyrosine kinase inhibitor --> decreases bcr-abl activity.
Interferon beta: multiple sclerosis. prevents progression.
Thalidomide: multiple myleoma. TNF-alpha inhibitor.
Aliskiren: Primary hypertension. Direct renin inhibitor.
