is it an important chapter? if yes.. how to study it, what to focus on? I having a hard time memorizing all the info in it.

Don't memorize it as a standalone chapter. All thoe drugs are integrated in their respective pharmacotherapy topics. If you learn those topics, try to memorize as counseling points, for example, that you can open some capsules and sprinkle on applesauce, or you are supposed to take off patches before MRI etc.
