It seems these days that every residency has some sort of fellowship after the normal time commitment in residency. Is it necessary to do this in Path to get a good job? Is it possible to work one full-time and one part-time Path job within the same area to earn extra income. I am looking for $250K+ a year if possible, $300K would be great. I don't mind working 70 hours a week if necessary.

Okay, I'll bite.

I highly doubt that any group hiring you full-time would appreciate you taking a part-time job elsewhere. It would make for some serious scheduling inflexibility and might harm your performance (i.e., if you are tired or burned out). On top of this, most groups (I believe) include non-compete clauses in the employment contracts.
