Dubin EKG- 5th vs 6th edition

so, i got the 5th edition dubin ekg book from a friend. apparently there is a 6th edition that is out. anybody have any experience with the two and know if there are any major differences between the two? is it worth buying the 6th edition? thanks.

TO my understanding, reading EKGs has not changed, so I would buy the cheaper of the two.
 
dubins is good but if you want to rock 12 lead ECG's I cannot recommend Garcia's Art of the 12 lead ECG enough. Its awesome and has enough full 12 leads to practice on for a long time.

I went with the 5th edition myself (got it DIRT cheap on ebay). I think the 6th might have nicer fancier pictures (With some color?) but overall the content is the same as someone mentioned.
 
I heard from a classmate that Dubin was a child molester. I wasn't sure if I believed it. I just did a google search and found out it's sort of true:

Dubin is an ex-convict whose medical license was revoked after a 1986 conviction in Florida on federal drug and child pornography charges. He was sentenced to five years in a federal prison and was released in 1989 after having served three½ years.
