"This statement is in addition to the ones required for your AMCAS and Duke University Supplemental Applications. Provide a statement of your special interest, plans, purposes and objectives in undertaking the MST program. Document and describe your interest and experience in research and medicine."

I'm having trouble answering this question without repeating the AMCAS info. "Document and describe your interest and experience in research and medicine"??? Do they want a few sentences or multiple paragraphs?

Yes, the Duke secondary definitely put the last nail in the coffin of that application for me as well; so I suppose whomever goes through with it will have slightly less competition vying for spots.
