Do they need to verify your transcripts before you can submit?

Also are you a "matriculated" student if you've been accepted but didn't attend?

No, you can submit before they've reviewed your transcripts.

Then why can't I click the certification and transmission area? I have two warnings but no errors.

The transcript request area isn't checked though.

Print your transcript request(s) if you have not already - you'll need them to send to the school(s) any way. It will take time for the school(s) to process the requests and get them mailed to AMCAS so the earlier you request them the better- AMCAS won't start to verify until all your transcripts are received.
